You will partner with product and tech leaders to align capacity with business objectives, coach engineers, and ensure reliable, scalable system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams with strong technical engagement.
• Ability to coach engineers and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Experience influencing technical decisions and production delivery.
