Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in heavy lift, rigging, or related engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and strong communication/leadership skills.
• Familiarity with lift planning and engineering software.
