Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Bedrock Platform Team in the United States. You will own the technical strategy and drive design to deployment for large-scale, user-facing systems.

You will mentor engineers, set roadmaps with Product, and uphold engineering standards while collaborating across teams to enable velocity and reliability. The role demands deep technical expertise and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 9+ years designing and building large-scale user-facing systems.
• 3+ years leading teams building lean, concurrent, low-latency systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Cloud environment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and execution for the Bedrock Platform Team from idea to deployment.
• Provide deep technical oversight through design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Serve as a technical contributor and role model for engineering excellence.
