Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of software development design and Agile practices/methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native development on Azure.
• Experience developing APIs and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, mentor staff, and drive culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage IT projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of technology systems.
• Drive agile and DevSecOps practices for fast, secure releases.
• Align engineering roadmaps with business objectives and participate in architectural discussions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and achievements with stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets and staffing decisions.
