SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the Heritage Integrations team, shaping API and EDI integration strategy for partner onboarding and fulfillment.

The role emphasizes scalable integration patterns, cloud-native design, and strong collaboration with product, operations, and customers to accelerate partner timelines and deliver reliable, reusable capabilities across the Enterprise Integration Layer.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering leader with API development and system integration experience.
• 5+ years building cloud-native apps and integrations.
• Strong in Azure, .NET/C#, REST and EDI standards.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Security, observability, and AI-assisted development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of partners via API and EDI integrations.
• Support partner integrations with business and product teams.
• Translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Choose integration patterns: REST, event-driven, EDI.
• Own integration delivery from onboarding to production stability.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and EDI workflows.
• Ensure EDI 997/999 and reconciliation processes.
• Promote reusable components and standardization.
• Improve observability and DevOps practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-enabled engineering.
