Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.
• 3 years of experience in a people management role managing software engineering reports.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, coaching them to grow.
• Cultivate deep technical expertise in building and operating hyper-reliable GCP infrastructure.
• Drive complex technical projects and provide technical oversight across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define and execute long-term technical goals.
• Lead a team across multiple sites, overseeing large-scale projects and policy platforms.
