Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 3 years managing software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch ecosystem strategy and drive automated workflows with LLMs and AI agents.
• Partner with the Lead PM to translate complex user journeys into scalable engineering approaches from MVP to full automation.
• Migrate fragmented tracking tools to a unified, transparent workflow engine with automated SLAs and clear status tracking.
• Replace manual questionnaires with dynamic intake logic triggering Security, Privacy, and Compliance reviews as needed.
• Build backend infra for a real-time executive dashboard tracking velocity, quality, and throughput.
