Job summary

Plata (Banco Plata) is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive the AI platform strategy and manage a cross-functional team. You will own end-to-end delivery, shaping architecture and technical decisions for the AI platform stack.

You will hire, mentor, and organize the team, turning product needs into reusable platform capabilities while ensuring reliability as adoption grows. Collaboration with Product, Data, and AI teams will be essential to drive platform adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams with hiring, planning, and delivery management.
• Background in AI/ML or data-driven engineering with hands-on model training.
• Ability to validate technical decisions and contribute technically.
