Job summary

D24 Search Limited seeks an experienced engineering leader to helm a pod within our Agentic Marketing Platform (AMP). You’ll guide feature delivery, balance coding with leadership, and grow a team of 4–8 direct engineers. This role sits at the center of our AI-native marketing platform strategy.

You’ll own roadmaps, collaborate with product and GTM, and drive reliable, scalable systems that translate data and models into production-ready marketing tools.

Qualifications

• 2-16 years of engineering management experience required.
• Experience in high-growth early-stage startups is essential.
• Hands-on ability to jump into code when needed and mentor a growing team.
• Experience with agentic or AI-driven systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for your AMP pod, delivering major features with high technical standards.
• Own execution pace, balancing leadership with coding when business needs arise.
• Collaborate with product, design, GTM and other engineering teams on complex AI marketing systems.
• Build agentic systems blending foundation models with real customer data and brand guidelines.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboard high-impact engineers.
• Improve reliability, incident management and team growth through mentorship.
• Drive engineering on the Agentic Marketing Platform as a core strategic bet.
• Shape data-informed marketing outputs grounded in production-ready tooling.
