Job summary

Adobe Document Cloud's AI organization seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Generative AI frameworks and developer productivity systems. You will set standards, drive delivery, and collaborate across the org to scale shipping of features.

The role focuses on agentic frameworks, tooling, observability, and maturing CI/CD and release practices while mentoring engineers and growing the team to meet product goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering management experience leading platform or ML infrastructure teams.
• Experience engineering developer-facing frameworks, APIs, or platforms and setting standards.
• Ability to influence across teams and drive adoption of tooling and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Generative AI development frameworks and set the technical direction.
• Own your team's delivery and roadmap; remove blockers and ensure production quality.
• Drive organizational discipline in CI/CD, observability, and deployment practices.
• Champion developer experience and reduce onboarding friction for AI tooling.
• Lead, grow, hire, and develop the team with coaching and career development.
• Represent the team and align with leadership to move initiatives forward.
