Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Senior Infrastructure/Platform Lead to scale our CI/CD infrastructure across 150+ engineers and 20+ teams. You’ll drive a zero-touch, AI-assisted platform, reduce manual toil, and align quality with rapid product velocity.

Lead a four-person platform team, mentor engineers, and foster an async, remote culture focused on autonomy and continuous improvement. This role is fully remote, offers global collaboration, and high-impact ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure teams.
• Strong CI/CD and automation expertise.
• Ability to drive AI-assisted engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous delivery and improvement of the infrastructure platform.
