Job summary
Hudl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on the Fan and Club products. You’ll steer technical direction, mentor engineers, and drive scalable cloud solutions to support millions of livestreams and ticket transactions.
You will work with Product and Design to ship the future Fan experience and Club tooling, champion AI-forward practices, and foster a diverse, high-performing team across remote and hybrid setups.
Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams across multiple product areas.
- Strong cloud experience and scalable systems capable of handling livestreams.
- Proven ability to drive technical strategy with product and design partners.
- AI engineering mindset with adoption of AI tooling and patterns.
- Background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers for Hudl's Fan and Club products.
- Set technical direction and roadmap for multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design to ship the future Fan experience and Club tooling.
- Mentor engineers and develop leadership capabilities across teams.
- Drive adoption of agentic/AI engineering practices.
