Hudl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on Fan and Club products. You will guide multiple teams, set technical direction, and mentor engineers across seniority levels.

In this role you will drive cloud-based, scalable solutions, champion AI tooling adoption, and collaborate with Product Management and Design to deliver cutting-edge sports insights and experiences for fans and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and coaching career development.
• Proven ability to set technical direction for product areas and drive outcomes.
• Strong background in cloud-based scalable systems and distributed architectures.
• Experience with frontend, backend, and data-storage technologies at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering high performance and best practices.
• Drive technical strategy and align with product goals for Fan and Club products.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to ship the Fan experience and tooling.
• Promote AI-forward engineering practices and efficient tooling adoption across teams.
• Oversee architecture decisions for scalable, cloud-based livestream and payments systems.
