Qualifications

• 7-10 years of software engineering experience, with at least two years in a team lead or engineering manager role.
• Hands-on experience shipping production code with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and growing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own sprint planning, delivery commitments, and retrospectives for the Catalog team.
• Contribute full-stack production code weekly using AI-assisted tooling.
• Drive collaboration with product managers and design.
