Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering production-grade, distributed software at scale.
• Deep domain expertise in big data architectures, ingest and metadata systems.
• Proven track record upgrading legacy systems and reducing technical debt.
• Experience embedding AI/ML models into production workflows.
• Architectural proficiency in backend data systems and frontend tooling.
• End-to-end software lifecycle ownership from design to post-release stability.
• Ability to define rigorous quality gates with automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline from design and development through testing, release, and post-release stability.
• Define and enforce software quality standards; final authority on release readiness.
• Ensure unit, integration, and regression testing in the CI/CD pipeline; RCA for incidents.
• Translate platform strategy into actionable, well-scoped sprints.
• Own architecture and usability of internal tools and dashboards.
• Coach and mentor engineers; foster a quality-first engineering culture.
• Champion AI-enabled engineering with rigorous quality and review standards.
