Job summary

iSpot is seeking a Senior SDE to own domains and drive scalable AI-enabled data platforms in a high-scale AWS environment. You’ll lead architecture decisions and champion platform engineering practices across teams.

You’ll foster an AI-native development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and shape roadmaps that align with the Creative, Audience, and Outcomes pillars while optimizing cost and reliability across large-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing software across multiple projects.
• Experience leading small-to-mid-sized technical initiatives.
• Proven ability to make high-level architectural decisions and redesign legacy services.

Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence & Domain Ownership: design testable, extensible domains; lead prescriptive code reviews.
• AI-Driven Productivity & Innovation: foster an AI-native mindset and mentor teammates in AI tooling.
• Operational Excellence & Data Strategy: drive RCA, automate toil reduction, and ensure scalable, cost-efficient platforms.
