• Proven track record in AI-assisted software development.
• Familiarity with multi-language, multi-platform build environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agent development ecosystem including build systems, tooling, and performance benchmarks.
• Own software supply-chain security for public repositories and associated reviews.
• Evolve the Agent SDLC to support hundreds of contributors with improved velocity, reliability, and security.
• Drive AI coding enablement across the Agent ecosystem and tooling.
• Guide build infrastructure modernization across a complex codebase.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and staff engineers globally.
