Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management, team leadership, or technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on background in backend software engineering.
• Experience designing and building cloud-native applications and services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.

Responsibilities

Job DescriptionAn innovative AI-powered software company is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI Development Platforms to lead a team focused on developer productivity, engineering automation, internal tooling, and AI-enhanced software delivery.

This is a player-coach leadership role that combines people management with meaningful hands-on engineering contribution. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers while remaining deeply involved in architecture, platform design, automation initiatives, technical decision-making, and major engineering projects.
