Motion Recruitment in the United States is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale AI capabilities powering customer experiences and workflows. This hybrid role in Waltham, MA combines architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of real-time AI systems and back-end services.

You will own AI features end-to-end, integrating ML/LLMs into production environments, with a focus on scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend software engineering experience using Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
• 4+ years of experience deploying machine learning or large language model solutions into production environments.
• Experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and observability.

Job Description A fast-growing technology company is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to help design, build, and scale next-generation AI capabilities that power customer-facing experiences and business-critical workflows.
This role is ideal for a strong software engineer with hands-on experience deploying AI solutions into production environments. You will work on real-time AI systems, backend services, and agentic workflows that leverage large language models (LLMs) and machine learning technologies to solve complex business challenges.
The team is looking for an engineer who can own solutions end-to-end, from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering teams while helping shape the future of AI-powered applications in a highly collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Base Salary: $127,000 - $220,000 Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience
