Job summary

NetDocuments is a hybrid, remote-friendly workplace, actively building the AI Assistant product to help legal professionals analyze documents and draft content across Word, Outlook, and search. We seek an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and testers, driving secure, scalable, and agentic AI capabilities.

You will partner with Product, Design, and platform teams, shaping the roadmap, mentoring leaders, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience with AI native or agentic product surfaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in legal tech or regulated enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing team.
• Drive delivery and execution with cross-functional partners.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural input.
• Champion modern engineering practices (CI/CD, cloud-native on AWS).
