Job summary

Stripe’s Agentic Commerce team in Seattle seeks an Engineering Manager to shape and deliver AI-powered commerce APIs and experiences. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, data science and marketing to unlock opportunities for customers and partners globally.

You’ll guide full stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem, mentor senior engineers, set clear success metrics, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability while balancing autonomy and guidance in a fast-evolving

Qualifications

• Must have computer science background and strong engineering foundation.
• Experience coaching senior and staff engineers and leading large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build full stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem, including backend services and dashboards.
• Partner with product, design, data science, and marketing to ship high-impact features.
• Set success metrics, run experiments, and ensure enterprise-grade reliability and performance.
• Collaborate across Stripe's platform and product teams to deliver agentic commerce capabilities.
• Engage with enterprise users to translate needs into new product shapes.
