You will collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality solutions, manage budgets and timelines, and stay ahead of industry trends while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of machining/manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace or defense.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
