Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Engineering Manager – Advanced Systems to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on complete vehicle integration solutions for OEM customers. You will guide projects from concept through prototype and production, balancing quality, performance, cost, and schedule.

The role emphasizes strong customer-facing leadership, collaboration with internal engineers, and the delivery of advanced hydraulic, electrical, controls, and software systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• Progressive engineering leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong customer-facing engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams including hydraulics, electrical, controls, software, and systems engineers.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.
• Develop complete system-level solutions with OEM customers.
• Lead engineering efforts from concept to prototype, validation, testing, and production launch.
• Coordinate vehicle integration activities across hydraulic, electronic, controls, and software technologies.
• Oversee prototype builds, system validation, and customer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
• Present technical concepts and engineering solutions to customers and executives.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and strengthening relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and product development.
