Job summary

Jobot seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering complex vehicle solutions for OEM customers. You will guide system-level integration across hydraulics, controls, software, and electrification, from concept to production, while serving as the primary technical leader for customers.

You will work with Sales, Product Management, and global engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions and advance automation across advanced mobile equipment platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience with mobile equipment platforms and vehicle systems.
• Proven ability to work directly with OEM customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on advanced mobile equipment systems.
• Partner with OEM customers to understand challenges and develop integrated solutions.
