Job summary
LeoForce in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking an Advanced Systems Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team that designs complete vehicle solutions for OEM customers. You will work across hydraulics, controls, electrical, software, and mechanical disciplines to translate customer requirements into integrated systems and prototypes.
You will partner with Sales and Product Management, guide projects from discovery to production, and drive automation, electrification, and electrohydraulic
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong background in complex vehicle systems and advanced hydraulics.
- Experience collaborating with OEM customers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with vehicle automation, electrification, and electrohydraulic controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on advanced vehicle systems.
- Partner directly with OEM customers to understand technical challenges and develop integrated solutions.
- Guide projects from concept through production transition with system architecture and prototype integration.
- Collaborate with Sales on customer visits and solution development.
- Drive strategy for automation, electrification, and advanced vehicle technologies.
- Work with global engineering teams to introduce new technologies and standard system solutions.
- Serve as voice of the customer in new product development.
