Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Progressive engineering leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong customer-facing engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects from concept through production.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with both customers and internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams including hydraulics, electrical, controls, software, systems engineers, technicians, and project managers.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Partner with OEM customers to understand application requirements and develop complete system-level solutions.
• Lead engineering efforts from concept development through prototype, validation, testing, and production launch.
• Coordinate vehicle integration activities utilizing hydraulic, electronic, controls, and software technologies.
• Oversee prototype builds, system validation, and customer demonstrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Present technical concepts and engineering solutions directly to customers and executive stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts by identifying technical opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes and product development.
