Job summary

Jobot seeks an Engineering Manager to lead our Advanced Systems team, delivering integrated vehicle solutions for OEM customers. You will supervise a multidisciplinary group spanning systems, controls, electrical, software, hydraulics, and mechanical engineers, partnering with customers to translate requirements into production-ready architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Experience with OEM customer engagement and delivering system-level solutions.
Strong background in mobile equipment, electrification, and automation technologies.
Excellent communication with engineering and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers across systems, controls, electrical, software, hydraulics and mechanical disciplines.
Partner with OEM customers to understand challenges and develop integrated solutions.
Guide projects from discovery through design, prototyping, validation, and production transfer.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to deliver innovative vehicle solutions.
Set strategy for automation, electrification, and electrohydraulic controls.
Travel to customer sites as needed.
Influence technology strategy across North America and Europe.
