Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Systems Integration Lead to coordinate cross-disciplinary engineering efforts for advanced vehicle systems. The role focuses on translating customer requirements into robust architectures that integrate hydraulics, electronics, and vehicle automation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrohydraulic vehicle projects, strong systems integration skills, and the ability to lead multi-disciplined teams across global engineering efforts. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in electrohydraulic vehicle solutions.
• Experience in systems integration and multi-disciplinary vehicle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate customer requirements into system-level architectures.
• Design and implement integrated hydraulic and electronic control solutions.
• Lead system-level design, installation, testing, and validation of advanced vehicle systems.
• Perform system FMEAs and support functional safety planning.
• Provide Voice of Customer (VoC) input to guide development and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across controls, software, and mechanical disciplines.
• Coordinate with international engineering teams on key technologies.
• Deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
