Netflix is hiring an Engineering Manager for Ads Engineering to lead campaign management systems and prefer strong AWS, Java, Spring Boot, React, GraphQL and Node.js expertise. You will guide a high-performing team, drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, ad operations, product, and measurement teams, and advance ML-driven optimization for advertiser outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building campaign management systems for ad operations.
• Ability to deliver APIs and UIs for campaign lifecycle creation, editing, flighting and targeting.
• Experience building monitoring tools to ensure campaign integrity and delivery.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and SLA tracking to reduce friction.
• Leveraging data and ML-driven insights for optimization of advertiser outcomes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in campaign management.
• Strong backend/frontend experience on cloud AWS with modern tech stack.
• Track record leading high-performing engineering teams delivering complex platforms.
• Navigate ambiguity with clear strategies in a fast-evolving ads landscape.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical partners.
• 10+ years total experience with 3+ years in management of software teams.
• Strong product mindset for large, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
