Job summary

TASE Global (Trusted Aerospace and Engineering) seeks an Engineering Manager to lead Product Engineering, translating program needs into actionable plans for new products and ongoing improvements. The role ensures designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with aerospace standards.

The manager will supervise engineers, drafters, and application engineers, coordinating with management, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in industrial or aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong experience with structural aluminum design.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and controlled design environments.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate engineering resources to meet cost, schedule, and production requirements
• Direct product design, development, and engineering change control activities
• Ensure designs comply with AS9100, quality system requirements, and manufacturing best practices
• Coordinate engineers, drafters, and application engineers across assigned programs
• Partner with Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing
• Support vendor qualification and technical issue resolution
• Oversee project schedules and risk mitigation efforts
• Perform or direct engineering calculations and technical analysis
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support product liability defense activities as required

Position Summary

The Engineering Manager leads Product Engineering at TASE Global, translating program requirements into executable engineering plans.
