Job summary

Storm3 is seeking a high-impact engineering leader to co-pilot the Full-Stack and ML teams at a high-growth AI clinical intelligence startup. You will partner with the CTO to shape strategy, drive delivery, and provide people leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will own the engineering roadmap, oversee hiring in a rapidly expanding org, and drive ideation and development of new products while shaping system architecture and design for scalable performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Engineering experience
• Experience with AI (LLMs & Agentic AI) preferred
• Product-focused mentality
• HealthTech or early-stage startup experience is a plus
