Optomi, in partnership with one of our top clients, seeks a Hands-on Engineering Manager who will stay active in code, pair program, troubleshoot, and unblock the team. The role includes owning small feature deliveries, maintaining architectural familiarity, and facilitating Agile ceremonies with high autonomy.

The position emphasizes 70% hands-on engineering and 30% management, leading two teams of three, with a focus on AI-enabled development and collaboration with Product Managers.

Optomi, in partnership with one of our top clients, is seeking a talented Hands-on Engineering Manager to join their team! Engineering Managers are expected to remain active contributors within the codebase, pair program with engineers, assist with troubleshooting, and unblock team members. Managers should own small feature deliveries when needed and maintain familiarity with the team's architecture and code. The company is eliminating dedicated Scrum Master roles, and Engineering Managers will facilitate Agile ceremonies, own sprint execution and delivery processes, and partner directly with Product Managers as key decision-makers, operating with high autonomy and ownership.
