Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in software engineering or AI/data science.
• At least 2 years in leadership or management role.
• Strong background in one or more technologies such as C++, Python, ML.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• US Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineersin software or AI or data science fields, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.
