Job summary

You’ll lead developers, collaborate with delivery leads and architects, and ensure compliance, risk management, and architectural runway alignment from inception to decommissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and driving delivery outcomes across a value stream.
• Strong ownership of product/solution lifecycle activities, including compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to add Epics to capture technical dependencies and technical debt, and ensure Epics are appropriately sized using suitable estimation methods.
• Demonstrated capability to ensure technical designs meet business needs and align with the architectural runway.
• Experience coordinating with delivery leads and architects to align engineering execution with business goals.
