Job summary

JT Engineering, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager to lead high-performance teams on complex transportation and infrastructure projects.

You will manage scope, schedule, client communications, staffing, and budgets across the project lifecycle, from pursuit to delivery. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience with leadership roles, and a Wisconsin PE license or ability to obtain one, with strong communication skills and willingness to

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences.
• To be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.
• To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work.

• Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project delivery
• Lead and mentor colleagues on transportation related projects
• Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• Communicate effectively internally and externally
• Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff
• Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
