Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. is seeking an experienced engineering leader in Canton, OH to drive engineering teams and critical manufacturing projects. The role focuses on leadership, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to meet tight timelines and budgets.

You will guide engineering staff, set clear expectations, and foster continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• At least 2 years in engineering leadership or people management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with equipment or machinery manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma exposure (certifications welcome).
• Familiar with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor.
