Job summary

Innorev Technologies Inc. in Irving, TX seeks an experienced engineering leader to guide multiple software teams. Must-Have Skills

• Software engineering experience with strongEngineering Management/Technical Leadershipexperience.
• Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge ofsoftware architecture, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience withAWS/cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience withCI/CD, DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Mandatory experience using AI development/coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Windsurf, or similar.
• Experience driving cloud modernization, performance, scalability, and reliability initiatives.
• Strong Agile, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
