Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership and management experience.
• 3+ years of experience designing and supporting capital equipment or industrial machinery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, controls, and equipment testing.
• Experience with CAD/PDM/PLM systems, BOMs, engineering drawings, and change management.
• Strong project management, cost control, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
