Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an accomplished Senior Technology Delivery Leader in Brentwood, TN to drive end-to-end technology delivery for digital and e-commerce initiatives across Web and Mobile platforms.

You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, SRE/DevOps, Security, and external partners, owning delivery plans, milestones, risks, and release readiness with executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery experience in large-scale digital or customer-facing platforms.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud and distributed systems.
• Experience with release management, production readiness, incident management and security.
• Experience in Agile/Product operating models with Product Managers and Architects.
• Ability to establish structure, remove blockers, and improve delivery predictability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery for complex, customer-facing Digital and E-Commerce initiatives across Web and Mobile.
• Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, SRE/DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and external partners.
• Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, release readiness, and delivery communications.
• Develop and manage integrated delivery plans across multiple engineering teams, platforms, vendors, and dependencies.
• Identify critical-path dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and blockers; drive mitigation and escalation.
• Coordinate delivery across microservices, web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, CMS, and enterprise integrations.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Architects to translate roadmaps into executable technology plans.
• Coordinate environment, QA, security, performance, accessibility, SRE/DevOps, and operational readiness.
• Lead release coordination, including deployment sequencing, dependencies, production validation, and stabilization.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and required actions.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of technology delivery experience, preferably supporting large-scale Digital, E-Commerce, or customer-facing platforms.
• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of modern architectures including microservices, APIs, cloud, distributed systems, and modern web applications.
• Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, React/Next.js, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, CDN/Akamai, and observability; hands-on development experience not required.
• Strong experience with release management, production readiness, incident management, performance, security, and operational support.
• Experience working within Agile/Product operating models and partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering Leads.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly establish structure, remove blockers, drive decisions, and improve delivery predictability.
