Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a 10–15 person team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive Lean initiatives, automation projects, and capital equipment upgrades while aligning with Operations, Quality, and NPI to improve performance and introduce new products.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in medical device manufacturing, precision machining, and CDMO experience, plus 5+ years of engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing, precision machining, and CDMO required.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (equivalent experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 10–15 person engineering team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and NPI teams to improve manufacturing performance and support new product introductions.
• Develop automation and digital transformation strategies to increase efficiency and repeatability.
• Lead capital equipment projects, process improvements, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Support customer-facing technical discussions and manufacturing strategy.
