Job summary

The Lockheed Martin Engineering Management Program (EMP) within the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Colorado Boulder seeks an accomplished technical and management professional to join our team as a full-time Scholar in Residence.

The ideal candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate courses in engineering management, with emphasis on leadership and project management, and contribute to program growth.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in engineering or related field is required.
• Experience teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in engineering management.
• Demonstrated leadership and service to department, university or profession.
• Strong record of professional and scholarly activity in engineering management or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in engineering management, leadership, economics, finance, and related areas.
• Provide leadership and service to the department, college and profession.
• Serve on committees as assigned (program, college or university service).
• Balance 80% teaching with 20% leadership and service.
