Johns Hopkins Hospital in Washington is seeking an Engineering/Maintenance Technician II to lead the investigation and improvement of building systems. Responsibilities include coordinating technical efforts with project management and leading installation upgrades.

Investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. Performs as technical leader on installations and upgrades to facilities systems. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.
Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21236. Full‑time (40 hours) day shift on weekdays.
Minimum $31.53/hour – Maximum $52.06/hour. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
