Job description

Engineering/Maintenance Technician II

Investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. Performs as technical leader on installations and upgrades to facilities systems. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 10 years of related work experience.

Location & Hours

Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21236. Full‑time (40 hours) day shift on weekdays.

Salary

Minimum $31.53/hour – Maximum $52.06/hour. Compensation commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
