Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years engineering experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing maintenance or engineering teams.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving capital projects, improving equipment reliability, overseeing maintenance programs, and supporting plant growth while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams to support safe and efficient plant operations.
  
• Manage capital (CAPEX) projects from planning through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, CMMS, work order systems, spare parts inventory, and equipment reliability initiatives.
