Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking a senior Engineering & Maintenance leader for our Bloomfield, CT facility. You will oversee engineering, maintenance, reliability, and capital projects with a $20 million annual budget to improve asset performance and manufacturing capacity.

You'll lead a team of engineers and coordinate with external partners to deliver safe, compliant operations and major shutdowns, while driving TPM, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in engineering, maintenance, reliability, or technical leadership in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site’s multi-year capital investment and technical improvement strategy.
• Lead annual capital budget of up to $20 million, including forecasting, cost control, risk management, and financial closeout.
• Lead capital projects from concept through design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and handoff.
• Provide leadership to a team of three engineering resources and coordinate with external partners.
• Ensure projects meet safety, food safety, quality, schedule, and financial requirements.
• Identify and implement productivity, capacity, automation, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead maintenance and reliability strategies, TPM, and asset reliability improvements.
