Lead the identification, selection, and evaluation of suppliers and vendors for material purchases, providing guidance to lower‑level team members as needed.
Partner with Planners and Buyers to manage procurement of engineering materials and spares required for PTFA, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and schedules.
Collaborate with requesting engineers to ensure specifications and requirements for procured items are fully defined.
Review and validate purchase orders with Buyers to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
Coordinate and oversee the completion of Special Assessment Forms for purchases exceeding $10K, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with established policies.
Maintain and improve logistics records and databases, recommending and implementing moderate process enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
Manage online purchase requests and daily procurement activities for PTFA, exercising judgment to resolve issues that span multiple stakeholders or systems.
Monitor material status across the procurement cycle to ensure timely receipt, invoicing, and issue resolution, and communicate updates to internal and external partners as required.
You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
