Job summary

Management Recruiters International, Inc. is assisting a global BioPharma CDMO in Spokane, WA to hire an Engineering Line Lead / Supervisor.

The role focuses on technical leadership for a complete filling line, supervising up to 3 engineers, and driving capital projects in a cGMP environment. You will report to the Engineering Director, hold a BS in Engineering, and bring 5+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in BioPharma plus 2+ years in project engineering/management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
5+ years of engineering experience.
3+ years in BioPharma industry.
2+ years in project engineering/management.
Leadership and supervisory experience over junior engineers.
Facility or manufacturing engineering experience.
MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight and leadership to the engineering team responsible for the CMO line projects.
Drive technical improvements and responses to equipment and facility observations.
Manage assigned capital project schedules and budgets.
Oversee engineering projects including internal capital, compliance, and contract manufacturing.
Coordinate and supervise engineering resources for staffing on current and upcoming projects.
Ensure compliance of equipment and engineering infrastructures with regulatory agencies.
Execute high level projects aligning with upper management objectives for growth.
Lead facility and equipment updates to meet company growth and objectives.
Support client audits and technical visits.
Communicate project status and issues to upper management.
