Penn State University’s Engineering Library in the ECoRE Building at University Park is seeking staff for Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 and beyond. This is a part-time position with a weekly schedule and Wednesday availability, with varying hours by semester.
Responsibilities include charging and discharging library materials, answering questions, providing basic instruction in the catalog and databases, assisting patrons with materials and e-resources, and helping plan outreach events.
The Penn State Engineering Library located in the ECoRE Building on the University Park Campus is currently looking for staff who are available beginning in the Fall 2026 semester and continuing into Spring 2027 and beyond. Currently, we are looking for applicants who can work on Wednesdays with morning and afternoon availability on other days as well. This is a part-time position that will work on an assigned weekly schedule with the option to take extra shifts. Hours and schedule for each semester will vary.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
