Johnson Matthey welcomes you to the JM LEAD Graduate program, a 2.5-year path with three rotations across Science, Commercial and Operations. You will lead or support projects that drive performance, sustainability and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with colleagues across global teams, applying technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges while building leadership capability through structured development and interaction with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (Master’s degree or higher a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with practical application.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotational placements over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations.
• Lead and support business-critical projects improving performance, sustainability, growth and ops.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions and broaden business understanding.
• Apply technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges.
• Build leadership capability through structured development and exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects creating value through innovation and continuous improvement.
