PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Engineering Leadership Development Program receives exclusive executive and human resources mentoring to assist in job relateddecisions throughout the program and is given input towards each of the four customized rotational assignments. The Engineer willhave specific project responsibilities and will also be exposed to the primary functions of other corporate departments. As each rotationis completed, the Engineer will participate in interactive developmental performance evaluations to aid in their growth as a professional.

Assignments may include:

• Field Operations and project management
• Utility system pipeline design
• Compression facility feasibility studies and analysis
• Transmission pipeline expansion projects
• Natural gas storage projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or other related Engineering discipline (with a graduation date in 2027)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $83,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
