Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting is seeking an experienced engineering leader to plan, organize, and direct the engineering function. You will guide technical direction, align product architecture with strategy, and oversee a diverse technical team in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive KPI development using Power BI, manage annual budgets, and mentor staff to build a high-performing organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product development or project management.
• 7+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to use BI tools (Power BI) and AI productivity tools to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual product development plans and initiatives.
• Oversee product design, testing, validation, and ensure it meets requirements.
• Maintain awareness of competitive products and technical advances.
• Foster technical relationships with customers and suppliers; provide technical support.
